Ingredients: Black Tea & oil of Bergamot
Flavour: Savory to taste, full tasting Bergamot
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or a teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 min for desired taste.
