This protein bread provides you with 10g of protein per slice and only 2g of carbohydrates per slice.
We’ve used quality organic plant based proteins in this bread mix, sacha inchi protein and sprouted fermented pea protein. Both are very digestible forms of protein that contain all essential amino acids. Instead of using refined white flours, we’ve added nutrient dense almond meal, organic sunflower meal, organic flaxseeds and organic chia seeds. No flavours or whey protein has been added making this loaf dairy free and full of real whole food ingredients.
All you need to do is add water, 2 eggs and apple cider vinegar, then mix and bake.
