Using Activated Nuts

This delicious spread is made by activating organic almonds, organic cashew nuts and organic hazelnuts. Activating these nuts triggers the sprouting process and makes them easier to digest. We then blend these nuts into a fine butter along with coconut oil, maple syrup and ginger. Ginger gives this spread a nice bit of heat and a kick at the end!
