Using Activated Nuts

This delicious spread is made by activating organic almonds and organic cashew nuts. Activating these nuts triggers the sprouting process and makes them easier to digest. We then blend these nuts into a fine butter along with coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon. Cinnamon gives this spread a lovely warm and sweet flavor.

This spread is amazing served with sliced apple or just by itself straight of the spoon!
