Ingredients: Yerba Mate Green & Roasted (Ilex Paraguariensis), Aloe Vera (Aloe Barbadensis), Coconut Shavings (Cocos Nucifera), Pineapple Pieces (Ananas Comosus).
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or a teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 min for desired taste. Best served without milk, hot or chilled
